Health&Fitness Q&A
This is pretty much a guide to anyone who want's to lose weight or overall just get into decent physical shape. I was once obese and now I work out daily to keep in decent shape. I don't have some miracle story or some "Lose 20lbs in 3days" scheme because things like losing weight or getting in shape take time. If you have questions or comment feel free to ask me I will reply.

It's the winter time are you being lazy? Get up and do something!
So as everyone knows winter is upon us and so is Christmas time and we all know what that means....Food, Alcohol and Laziness. The best thing you can do in the winter/holiday months is get up and be active weather it's go out for a walk or do something in the house. We all know someone buys us a piece of exercise equipment for Christmas each year and that is usually a hint your getting on the squishy side (I know I usually got a weight set or a workout tape or some diet guide and I was only 15). The best thing to do is cardiovascular activities which can vary from running, biking, walking, running on the spot, running up the stairs or pretty much anything to get your heartbeat raising. I'm not telling you to GO NOW!!!BUY EQUIPMENT!!!! but if you do have the money invest in something simple like an elliptical machine and spend maybe 15-30 minutes a day on it because it's a great way to lose weight and tone your legs it is also a very good low impact cardiovascular activity. The biggest thing I need to stress to everyone is watch what you are eating during this season because I know I know you love gravy but ease up on it you don't need your plate looking like turkey stew. Take into consideration what you are putting on your plate and how much. Don't over eat but don't starve yourself it's unhealthy. The last thing I want to say is don't drink too too much Red Wine is fine but drinking will cause weight gain and one of the biggest weight gainers in alcoholic beverages is beer. It makes you bloated and you'll gain weight. So this holiday season I can't stress it enough BE ACTIVE it only takes 1hr or 2hrs out of your day you can even split it up. Watch your food intake and don't over eat but don't under eat. Lower your alcohol consumption and try to steer away from beer if you can but if thats all there is drink lite beer. Now before I end this post I'm going to list some simple products you can pick up that are low cost but effect. The first thing is a sauna suit it does exactly what a sauna does...makes you sweat and helps you lose water weight. alot of UFC and just regular fighters use these to help them make weight but they are also effect to regular people who want to stay in shape and lose some unwanted pounds because I myself used one for a few months and lost 20-30lbs keep in mind they cost 15-30$ (you're paying for brand) but if you dont want to buy one just use garbage bags and duct tape it's the same thing Jackie Chan does to lose weight. I have a few other products I can suggest buying and those are a Skipping Rope, Resistance Bands, Push Up pads, Pull up bars (They sit on your door frame and aren't very expensive) and the last thing is a few barbells they don't have to be heavy but if you are looking for muscle gain go for heavier Dumbbells but if you're looking for tone get lighter Dumbbells. I hope this helps and if you have any questions or want some strength training guides or exercises let me know I'll help no matter what.
